Xi Jinping, chairman of China’s Central Military Commission, has signed an order issuing new regulations on military theory work, effective March 1.
The regulations aim to modernize military theory, improve top-level planning for innovation, and strengthen research and management systems. They also set rules for developing, evaluating, sharing, and applying military theory achievements.
The document contains seven chapters and 52 articles.
