Xi said the exchange of special envoys reflects deep political trust and long-standing friendship, as both countries mark 65 years of diplomatic relations. He called for closer coordination, expanded cooperation and progress toward a shared future.
Saleumxay conveyed a message from Thongloun Sisoulith, reaffirming Laos’ support for China’s initiatives and its commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation.
