Leaders worldwide have sent New Year greetings to Chinese President Xi Jinping to mark China’s Year of the Horse celebrations. Russian President Vladimir Putin praised growing bilateral cooperation, while Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva expressed support for deeper partnership with China. South African President Cyril Ramaphosa and several other world leaders also sent messages of goodwill. Antonio Guterres, head of the United Nations, thanked China for backing multilateral cooperation and voiced hope for closer collaboration. Officials said the messages reflect broad international engagement with China and recognition of its global role.
