Wheelchair user flies into space, a historic first

German engineer Michaela Benthaus became the first wheelchair user to travel to space on a Blue Origin suborbital flight, highlighting inclusivity for people with disabilities. The brief mission crossed the Karman line and marked Blue Origin’s 16th crewed flight as the company continues expanding its space tourism and orbital ambitions.
