Cameron expressed the UK’s willingness to view relations strategically, manage differences respectfully, and foster constructive bilateral ties. He highlighted the UK’s commitment to promoting cooperation in areas of common interest, including renewable energy, trade, and education, while emphasizing the importance of safeguarding peace and security. Wang reiterated China’s support for true multilateralism, upholding the international system with the UN at its core and respecting international norms and laws.
