China has assisted in Ethiopia’s urban project, the Sheger Park’s Friendship Square, which has become a significant public space in Africa, gifted for the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties and part of China’s Belt and Road Initiative. This initiative has strengthened infrastructure and economic growth, providing employment and vitality to Africa. China-Africa cooperation, guided by Xi Jinping’s principles, has deepened ties, aiming for a shared future. President Xi emphasized China’s support for Africa’s modernization during a dialogue with African leaders in Johannesburg.
