Typhoon Yagi has caused at least 24 deaths and injured 299 people in northern Vietnam, with authorities warning of further flooding. The powerful storm made landfall on the northeastern coast on Saturday, disrupting power and telecommunications, particularly in Quang Ninh and Haiphong.
