The campaign requires daily eight-hour pauses in fighting between Israel and Hamas in specific areas of Gaza. The World Health Organization (WHO) aims to vaccinate at least 90% of the children twice, with a four-week gap between doses, but the campaign faces challenges due to the ongoing conflict. The pauses in fighting will occur in three phases across central, southern, and northern Gaza, but they will not cover entire zones, making the effort more complex.
