A U.S. Secret Service agent was robbed at gunpoint on Saturday night in Tustin, California, while President Joe Biden was visiting Los Angeles for a fundraising event. The incident occurred in a residential area about an hour’s drive southeast of Los Angeles. The agent, who was not injured, had his bag stolen and fired his gun during the confrontation, but it is unclear if anyone was shot. Tustin Police, who were alerted shortly after 9:30 p.m., have not yet found a suspect but did recover some of the agent’s stolen items. A silver Infiniti FX35 was seen leaving the scene. The robbery took place on the same night Biden attended a fundraiser in Los Angeles that raised approximately $30 million for his reelection campaign.
