The 11th National Congress of Returned Overseas Chinese and Their Relatives has begun in Beijing with CPC leaders like Xi Jinping in attendance. Around 1,200 representatives from China and nearly 600 overseas Chinese from 100+ countries are participating. Li Xi of CPC Central Committee praised their contributions in economic development, epidemic response, and regional stability. He urged them to further aid China’s high-quality development.
