Wang Yi, in response, appreciated Spain’s friendly policy and affirmed China’s support for Spain’s national unity efforts. He expressed China’s readiness to deepen cooperation with Spain and highlighted China’s high-quality development, emphasizing its potential to bring opportunities to the world. Wang stressed that China’s development contributes to global peace and stability, expressing China’s commitment to collaborating with Spain on addressing global challenges and promoting dialogue and cooperation among nations. During his visit, Wang also met with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez and Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares.
