The Shenzhou-20 crew aboard China’s space station conducted over 10 scientific experiments last week. Since arriving on April 25, the astronauts have completed key tasks including blood sample collection to study skeletal and nervous system changes in space, fine motor control tests, and research on astronaut movement to improve space station design and task planning. They also preserved samples from an aquatic ecosystem experiment to investigate effects of weightlessness on bone and heart health. Additionally, they maintained combustion and fluid physics experiment equipment and examined space radiation exposure devices.
