Moscow’s embassy in London warned Britain on Tuesday that it will face consequences after reports emerged that British-made drones were used in long-range Ukrainian strikes deep inside Russian territory. The British Ministry of Defence reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Ukraine’s defense without confirming the specific report, having previously pledged 150,000 drones by the end of 2026. The diplomatic warning coincides with a massive escalation in aerial warfare, as Moscow reported its largest Ukrainian drone attack in two years—involving over 600 UAVs targeting the capital area—which temporarily grounded flights across major regional airports.
