Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the Ukraine conflict has become global following Western missile attacks on Russia’s Kursk and Bryansk regions. In a televised address, he accused the West of provoking the conflict and warned that Russia would respond decisively to any escalation. Putin claimed Russia has the right to target military facilities in countries supplying weapons used against it. He also criticized the U.S. for undermining international security and confirmed Russia’s successful test of a new medium-range ballistic missile, Oreshnik.
