Chinese President Xi Jinping will attend the second China-Central Asia Summit in Astana from June 16 to 18, at the invitation of Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. This marks the first time the summit will be held in a Central Asian country. According to the Chinese Foreign Ministry, the summit aims to strengthen mutual trust, align development strategies, and enhance cooperation across various sectors between China and the five Central Asian nations, contributing to the goal of building a closer China-Central Asia community with a shared future.
