Xi emphasized the strong and evolving China-Latin America relationship, marked by mutual benefit and cooperation, and expressed China’s willingness to deepen ties further. He also announced that China will host the 4th China-CELAC Forum ministerial meeting this year and welcomed all CELAC members to collaborate in tackling global challenges and promoting peace and development.
