Netanyahu says Israel is ‘holding’ attacks on Iranian energy

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Iran has lost its uranium enrichment and missile production abilities after joint attacks by Israel and the United States. He explained that these were two main goals of the operation, while the third goal—changing Iran’s government—depends on the Iranian people. Netanyahu also confirmed that Israel carried out a recent strike on an Iranian gas field without informing US President Donald Trump beforehand, though future attacks may be delayed at the US request. He added that the war will continue as long as needed but could end sooner than expected. Meanwhile, Iran responded by launching missiles toward Israel, though no casualties were reported, showing that tensions in the region remain very high.
