The casualty count from the incident at Prague Charles University escalated to more than 15, as announced by the Czech Republic’s police chief on Thursday.
Police Chief Martin Vondrasek informed reporters that “over 15 individuals have tragically lost their lives, and at least 24 others have sustained injuries” in the shooting incident, which unfolded in the historic center of the city.
