Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Navy has targeted at least seven oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz over the past five days, according to Iran’s semi-official Fars news agency. Two tankers were reportedly hit by explosions on Friday, while several Kuwaiti and UAE vessels were also struck in previous days. Iran tightened its control over the strategic waterway after joint US-Israeli strikes on Iran, restricting passage for vessels linked to Israel and the United States.
