Erling Haaland netted a late winner as Norway edged Côte d’Ivoire 2-1 to book a meeting with Brazil. Co-hosts Mexico also progressed with a 2-0 win over Ecuador, thanks to goals from Julián Quiñones and Raúl Jiménez, extending their unbeaten run and fourth straight clean sheet before a round-of-16 showdown with the winner of England vs. DR Congo.
