Messi scored 11 goals in 14 appearances for Miami. While they didn’t make the playoffs, his presence significantly impacted the team’s performance and boosted ticket and merchandise sales. Messi looks forward to improving and aims for greater competitiveness in the next season. The managing owner of Miami, Jorge Mas, credited Messi with transforming the MLS, filling stadiums even in away games.
