Iran has fully reopened its airspace and lifted all restrictions that were put in place during its 12-day conflict with Israel, the Civil Aviation Organization announced. Both domestic and international flights have returned to normal, and Tehran’s Mehrabad International Airport now operates 24/7.
The airspace was initially closed on June 13 after Israeli airstrikes, with phased reopening starting June 26. The conflict ended with a ceasefire on June 24. Prior to full reopening, most airports had resumed normal operations except Mehrabad, which had limited hours until now.
