The agency said in a statement, The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and Japan signed an agreement on Monday, setting out the full scope of the agency’s “comprehensive and continuous safety review” of the discharge of the nuclear-contaminated water from the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station.
