The film highlights Beijing’s 12345 public service hotline and its people-centered approach to city management. Screenings drew officials, academics, and media, who praised its practical insights and global relevance. Since premiering in China in February 2025, the award-winning documentary has promoted Chinese urban governance experience internationally.
