A major fire at Hong Kong’s Wang Fuk Court residential complex last November was most likely accidental, according to a new investigation report. The independent committee said lit cigarette ends may have ignited combustible materials, as no other possible ignition sources were identified. The fire broke out in Tai Po on November 26 and caused heavy casualties.
