The BRICS edition of the Dialogue of Civilizations Series was launched on Friday at the State University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with the theme “Strengthening BRICS cultural exchange bonds to empower a bright future for the Global South.” Over 300 representatives, including experts, scholars, athletes, and youth from BRICS countries, attended the event. Participants highlighted the importance of cultural exchange in promoting unity and development among Global South nations and called for deeper and more sustainable “BRICS+” cooperation in the new phase of collaboration.
