Ronaldo then sealed the win with a close-range finish in the 68th minute, marking Portugal’s first victory over Germany in 25 years.
Portugal will face either Spain or France in Sunday’s final. Coach Roberto Martinez praised his team’s resilience, while Germany’s Julian Nagelsmann admitted his side lacked sharpness and intensity.
