China Media Group (CMG) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Japan’s Yoshimoto Kogyo Co. Ltd., focusing on enhancing collaboration in program content, media technology research, and personnel exchanges. CMG, known for creating popular internet celebrity intellectual properties, aims to strengthen ties with Yoshimoto Kogyo, one of Japan’s largest entertainment companies. Both parties seek to enrich Sino-Japanese cultural exchanges through joint production of high-quality programs, leveraging diverse platforms for dissemination. The collaboration has already seen success in program production, with jointly produced shows gaining popularity among Japanese audiences. The agreement outlines plans for deeper collaboration in areas such as program production, new media technology research, and copyrights management.
