He highlighted the strong China-Russia partnership and pledged deeper cooperation in politics, energy, and global affairs. Ding also affirmed China’s economic resilience and commitment to further opening up, welcoming foreign investment. On the forum’s sidelines, he met with leaders from Russia, Indonesia, Bahrain, and South Africa to boost cooperation in key sectors.
