During China’s National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday (Oct 1–8), many cities showcased smart robots and drones in festive performances. In Shenzhen, robots performed traditional dances like Yingge and “Thousand-Hand Bodhisattva,” impressing audiences with their agility. A dancing humanoid robot even inspired children to join in. Meanwhile, cities like Guangzhou and Huangmei hosted large-scale drone shows, with over 1,000 drones forming dazzling images in the night sky, adding a high-tech flair to the celebrations.
