The Chinese and U.S. delegations met Sunday in Madrid to discuss economic and trade issues. Talks in the coming days will cover U.S. tariffs, export control concerns, and the TikTok dispute, according to China’s Ministry of Commerce. The Chinese team is led by Vice Premier He Lifeng. China reaffirmed its commitment to protecting its companies’ legal rights and handling the TikTok matter according to applicable laws.
