China will launch a new K visa for eligible young science and technology professionals, following a State Council decision signed by Premier Li Qiang.
The visa, part of amended entry–exit regulations, will require applicants to meet qualifications set by relevant authorities and provide supporting documents.
The new rules take effect October 1.
