Xi also discussed promoting multilateral collaboration and safeguarding the unity of ASEAN. Prabowo reciprocated the sentiment, expressing support for deepening ties with China and aligning development strategies. He affirmed Indonesia’s commitment to the one-China policy and cooperation across various fields for mutual benefit. Prabowo also praised China’s stance on international issues, such as the Palestinian conflict, and pledged enhanced coordination on regional and global affairs.
