They called for an immediate ceasefire and unhindered humanitarian aid to affected areas. They urged prompt peace talks, emphasizing the protection of sovereignty and security while resolving disputes through dialogue and avoiding force. They stressed the need to protect civilians and critical infrastructure, including energy, water, and nuclear facilities, in line with international law. They highlighted the importance of securing shipping lanes, ensuring the safe passage of civilian and commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz. Finally, they emphasized upholding UN principles, strengthening multilateralism, and establishing a lasting peace framework based on international law.
