They called for expanding the UN Security Council’s representation to include more developing countries and condemned terrorism. The declaration highlighted the need for peaceful diplomacy in resolving global conflicts, including those in the Middle East and Ukraine. BRICS also criticized unilateral sanctions, supported space security, and advocated reforms in global financial institutions. Additionally, they endorsed the creation of a BRICS grain exchange and a new investment platform to support the Global South.
