U.S. President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump, the leading candidates for the Democratic and Republican parties in this year’s presidential election, have agreed to participate in two campaign debates. The first debate will take place on June 27th and will be hosted by CNN at its Atlanta studios without an audience. The second debate is scheduled for September 10th and will be held at ABC News studios in prime time. Biden announced his acceptance of the debate invitations on social media, challenging Trump and highlighting their previous encounters in 2020. Trump confirmed his participation and suggested the need for more than two debates.
