Emergency services reported that approximately 100 individuals were safely evacuated from the basement of a Moscow concert hall following a shooting and fire outbreak on Friday. Efforts are underway to rescue additional individuals who sought shelter on the roof. The Moscow region’s emergency situations ministry informed via Telegram, stating, “Firefighters have successfully evacuated around 100 people from the basement. Operations are currently in progress to rescue individuals stranded on the roof using lifting equipment.”
