At least 21 Palestinians were injured in Israeli airstrikes across Gaza on Monday, despite the ceasefire. Several strikes hit areas sheltering displaced people, including near al-Shifa Medical Complex and in central and southern Gaza.
Gaza health authorities say 1,372 people have been killed since the October 2025 ceasefire began, bringing the total death toll since October 2023 to 73,786.
The humanitarian crisis is also worsening, with around 90% of Gaza’s population displaced and severe shortages of food, water, shelter and sanitation. Education has been particularly devastated, with more than 720,000 students unable to access basic education and over 90% of schools reportedly destroyed.
