The Wolf Supermoon of 2026 rose last night, appearing brighter and larger than usual and creating a striking night-time display. The effect occurs when the moon is near perigee, its closest point to Earth. January’s Wolf Supermoon was the last in a rare sequence of four consecutive supermoons, with the next one expected on November 24, 2026.
