The 16th Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2025, also known as the Summer Davos Forum, will take place from June 24 to 26 in Tianjin, China, under the theme “Entrepreneurship in the New Era.” The event will gather over 1,700 participants from more than 90 countries to explore how innovation and entrepreneurship can drive global economic growth.
This year’s forum will focus on five key areas: the global economic outlook, China’s development, industry disruptions, sustainable investment in people and the planet, and advances in new energy and materials. The event will feature over 40 livestreamed sessions, including the release of the 2025 Energy Transition Index and a list of top emerging technologies.
Chinese officials emphasized the forum as a platform for promoting high-level opening-up and sharing development opportunities. Forum leaders highlighted Asia’s pivotal role in global growth, with China contributing significantly. The Summer Davos aims to foster action-oriented dialogue, highlight emerging markets, and support more resilient and dynamic global economies.
Launched in 2007, Summer Davos has become a major global event, bringing together innovators and leaders to shape the future of business and sustainable development.
