Following extreme turbulence, a Singapore Airlines flight made an emergency landing in Bangkok. Twenty people are currently receiving treatment in intensive care at Samitivej Hospital. In total, 58 individuals remain under treatment at various medical facilities, while 27 have been discharged. The turbulence affected the scheduled London-Singapore flight, which had 211 passengers and 18 crew members on board, causing passengers and crew to be violently thrown around the cabin.
