A shooting in Minneapolis’ Dinkytown district early Saturday killed one person and injured two others, including a University of Minnesota student. Police recovered three firearms at the scene, one belonging to the deceased. The incident occurred during crowded Halloween celebrations, and authorities are investigating the cause and who was carrying the weapons.
