Flooding across Thailand has killed 24 people and affected more than 3.19 million people since mid-September, with 29 provinces and Bangkok still experiencing floods. Authorities said rainfall has eased in most areas, although more rain is expected in the north and northeast from October 4 to 6. Officials are also increasing water releases from dams, which could raise river levels in some areas and force riverside residents to move to shelters.
