China and the United States held their third Track 1.5 Dialogue in Beijing on Tuesday, bringing together around 40 government, academic, and business leaders—including International Department of the CPC Central Committee head Liu Haixing and Asia Society Co-Chair John L. Thornton. Both delegations engaged in candid discussions emphasizing the critical juncture of bilateral ties and the need to implement head-of-state agreements.
