Moscow strikes 149 Ukrainian zones, Kyiv hits Russian oil depots

Russia and Ukraine have carried out another wave of tit-for-tat attacks, with both sides targeting military and energy infrastructure.

Russia said it struck 149 locations across Ukraine and claimed control of a settlement in the Dnipropetrovsk region, using missiles and drones to hit infrastructure and military targets. Ukraine, meanwhile, said it carried out long-range strikes on Russian oil facilities in Stavropol and hit three oil tankers in the Black Sea.

The latest attacks highlight the growing use of long-range weapons in the conflict, with Ukraine focusing on Russia’s fuel networks while Russia continues missile and drone strikes on Ukrainian cities, including Kyiv.
