Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with Jacob Wallenberg, chair of Swedish investment company Investor AB, and called for stronger business cooperation between China and Sweden. Wang said China welcomes more Swedish and European investment and encouraged the Swedish business community to support better relations between the two countries. Wallenberg said his family has worked with China for decades and remains confident in the country’s long-term growth. He added that deeper cooperation with China is important for both Sweden and Europe and that the Wallenberg family will continue investing in the Chinese market.
