China’s Ministry of Commerce announced that it has added 10 U.S. companies to its export control list, citing national security concerns and non-proliferation obligations.
Starting June 22, Chinese exporters are banned from supplying dual-use items — products that can have both civilian and military uses — to these companies. The affected firms include Aveox, Red Cat Holdings, Teal Drones, IMSAR, Jaia Robotics, Ball Aerospace & Technologies, Oshkosh Defense, L3Harris Maritime Services, MP Materials and USA Rare Earth.
The ministry also said that any ongoing exports to these companies must stop immediately, and organizations or individuals worldwide are prohibited from transferring Chinese-origin dual-use items to them.
