Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin are expected to discuss bilateral relations, practical cooperation, and major international and regional issues during Putin’s state visit to China from May 19 to 20.
According to Chinese officials, the visit will focus on further strengthening China-Russia ties across multiple sectors. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun said both sides aim to use the trip to elevate their partnership and contribute greater stability and positive momentum to global affairs.
This marks Putin’s 25th visit to China, reflecting the close and active diplomatic engagement between the two leaders.
