Huawei has launched its new Pura 90 smartphone series and a foldable model called the Pura X Max at an event in Guangzhou.
The Pura 90 lineup includes three models—standard, Pro and Pro Max—with the top version featuring a 200MP telephoto camera and enhanced long-range audio capture. The Pro models run on Huawei’s Kirin 9030S chip, offering improved AI imaging and stabilization. All devices use HarmonyOS 6.1.
Huawei also introduced the Pura X Max, described as the first horizontally wide foldable phone. Prices for the Pura 90 series remain similar to the previous generation, though the company warned costs could rise in the future.
