Congratulating To Lam on his re-election following the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Xi emphasized the necessity of aligning national development strategies and deepening governance exchanges to mitigate global risks. The leaders pledged to jointly oppose hegemonism and bloc confrontation while advancing the vision of a “community with a shared future for humanity.” To Lam reaffirmed Vietnam’s adherence to the one-China policy and expressed continued support for China’s Belt and Road and Global Initiatives, signaling a prioritized focus on mutual political trust and enhanced cooperation in defense and diplomacy.
